Do you accept returns or exchanges?

How do I know what size to order?
- We provide sizing recommendations in each product description. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
- No. Refunds are not given for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or heel height preferences. Please review all details before ordering.
Do you ship internationally?
- Currently, we only ship within the U.S. Stay tuned for international shipping in the future!
My package shows delivered but I never got it. What now?
- Please contact the carrier directly (USPS/UPS) to file a claim.
- We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
