How do I know what size to order?

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?



  • No. Refunds are not given for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or heel height preferences. Please review all details before ordering.




Do you ship internationally?

My package shows delivered but I never got it. What now?



  • Please contact the carrier directly (USPS/UPS) to file a claim.
  • We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
